Happy Fall!

Having returned from a life-giving and rejuvenating retreat to Umbria, I am most grateful and feel a renewed sense of joy to serve. I want to continue serving through offering teaching, customized private sessions, lovingkindness practices, and retreats that deepen our connection to nature and each other.

Yoga Retreats to Italy in 2022

I led a group of wonderful people on a heart-filled and joyful retreat to Umbria this past September. This was my third retreat with International Yoga, and I am so grateful for this partnership as I continue to be awed on every trip.

The locanda (inn), where we stayed, is in a magical natural setting with rolling fog, electric sunsets, and kindhearted staff. We practiced Yoga and metta meditation in the beautiful hillside and shared outstanding meals made with love and organic produce from the garden. We also enjoyed visits to the charming medieval town of Gubbio and one of my favorite places, Assisi!

I am excited to be offering more culturally rich and rejuvenating retreats with International Yoga next Fall. The first retreat is in Umbria Sept. 24-Oct 1, 2022 (currently sold out and waitlist only), and we are also finalizing the details for a retreat the following week in Sicily Oct 2-9, 2022.

If you would like more information about either of these retreats, or to be added to the waitlist for Umbria please contact International Yoga (info@internationalyoga.com).

I am also happy to share my new website through Offeringtree that offers ease of class registration, class recordings on demand, and has the ability to accept credit card payments. I am just beginning to upload videos, and there will be more to come.

“To practice we must start exactly where we are. Of course, we can always imagine perfect conditions, how it should be ideally, how everyone else should behave. But it’s not our task to create an ideal. It’s our task to see how it is and to learn from the world as it is. For the awakening of the heart, conditions are always good enough.” – Ajahn Sumedho, The Way It Is
